Processing Time:
Everything is created, printed, packed, and shipped straight from my studio in Los Angeles.
Here’s the breakdown so you know exactly what to expect:

Fine art prints: Made-to-order and take about 1–2 weeks to print, dry, sign, emboss, and package.

Original pieces: Usually ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Custom pieces: Timelines vary based on the project, but I’ll always update you as I work.

Packaging:
I pack every order myself with heavy-duty protection so your art shows up beautiful and safe. Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size, and originals are fully cushioned and reinforced.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Tracking:
You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. Keep an eye on it so you know when your art baby arrives.

International Shipping:
Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping times will depend on your country’s postal service. Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales Final:
All sales are final since every piece prints, originals, customs, and digital downloads is handmade or made-to-order.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged:
If your art arrives damaged (it’s rare but it happens), email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece. I’ll replace the print or work with you to make it right.

Lost Packages:
If your package goes missing, reach out to me and I’ll help you open a claim and figure out next steps.
