This Bateman piece was such a fun commissioned project for me. I’m a huge American Psycho fan, so getting to collage one of the most unhinged, iconic characters ever was honestly a blast. I went full chaos mode with this one. Layers of ripped paper, sharp edges, bold color, and that cold Bateman stare that feels like he’s judging your business card.
I wanted it to feel stylish, intense, a little uncomfortably perfect, just like the movie. The whole process was one of those pieces where I was grinning the entire time because everything just kept getting darker and cooler in the best way.
The original collage stays with the client, but I’m offering prints because I know so many of us secretly love Patrick Bateman way more than we should. If you’re into cult classics, dark humor, messed-up characters, or you just want art that makes people stop and look twice, this one hits hard.
